The hints of burnished gold in the furniture details perfectly complement the history of Via dei Cartari, home to a famous investment bank in the early 1900s. The menu selection follows Palazzo Cartari’s philosophy of wellness-focused approach with particular attention to the origin and selection of raw materials.
